When you're eligible for a refund

• Test unavailability — if a test you've booked isn't available on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of resources, you're entitled to a full refund for that test.
• Lack of prescription — if you've booked a test without a valid prescription or authorisation where one is required, we'll refund the payment made for that test.

How to request a refund

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date to avoid any cancellation charges.

What isn't covered

Outside of the scenarios above, refunds or returns are not granted — including for a change of mind, failing to attend an appointment without prior notice, incomplete or inaccurate information provided at booking, or any other reason not explicitly listed here.
