USG - OBG with Doppler - TWIN is an advanced obstetric ultrasound performed in twin pregnancies to evaluate the health and development of both babies. The scan combines routine pregnancy ultrasound imaging with Doppler technology to assess blood circulation in the umbilical cord, placenta, uterus, and fetal vessels.

This test helps doctors monitor fetal growth, detect growth differences between twins, evaluate placental function, and identify complications such as restricted blood flow, twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), fetal distress, or high-risk pregnancy conditions.

The procedure is safe, non-invasive, painless, and does not use radiation. A gel is applied to the abdomen, and an ultrasound probe is used to obtain images and Doppler blood flow measurements of both fetuses and the placenta.
