USG - ANOMALY WITH FETAL ECHO (SINGLE) is an advanced obstetric ultrasound examination usually performed during the second trimester of pregnancy, commonly between 18 and 22 weeks, for women carrying a single fetus.

The anomaly scan component provides a detailed assessment of fetal anatomy, including the brain, spine, face, stomach, kidneys, limbs, abdominal wall, and other major organs. It also evaluates fetal growth, heartbeat, placental position, amniotic fluid levels, and overall fetal well-being.

The fetal echocardiography component is a specialized ultrasound assessment of the baby’s heart. It evaluates the structure, chambers, valves, blood flow, rhythm, and function of the fetal heart to detect congenital heart defects or cardiac abnormalities.
